This study examined the impact of strategic intelligence on human capital at the Public Telecommunications Corporation – General Administration (Head Office). It aimed to determine the level of application of strategic intelligence dimensions and explore the relationship, correlation, and influence between strategic intelligence and human capital. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The study population included directors, deputy directors, department managers, and section heads, totaling 222 individuals. A stratified random sample of 98 valid questionnaires was analyzed. Strategic intelligence was measured through five dimensions: strategic foresight, future vision, strategic flexibility, motivation, and partnership. Human capital was measured through knowledge, skill, experience, ability, and training.
The results showed a high level of strategic intelligence with a mean score of 3.41, and a similarly high level of human capital with a mean of 3.48. The findings revealed a positive and statistically significant correlation between strategic intelligence dimensions and human capital. Regression analysis indicated that strategic intelligence explains 68% of the variance in human capital, while the remaining 32% is attributed to other organizational, administrative, and environmental factors. The study also found no statistically significant differences related to demographic variables.
