Technical challenges of e-governance and ways to ensure successful digital transformation in the government sector

Abstract

We are currently living in the era of the third digital transformation, and new challenges are posed for governments, companies, businessmen and customers / consumers. that the era of digital transformation represents “the application of digital capabilities to processes, products and assets” with the aim of “improving efficiency, enhancing customer value, managing risk, and uncovering new revenue opportunities”.                                       That digital transformation not only impacts lives, but also affects individuals' experiences. This study aims to determine the reality of e-governance and digital maturity in government institutions, this study is an analytical descriptive study.
