Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of human resources re-engineering on enhancing sustainable performance quality in the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, and to clarify the statistically significant correlation at the level of (a (0.05 ≥ between the application of human resources re-engineering and enhancing sustainable performance quality in the Palestinian Red Crescent Society. It also aimed to uncover the extent of differences in the respondents' opinions towards the application of human resources re-engineering and enhancing sustainable performance quality in the Palestinian Red Crescent Society according to the study variables (gender, age, educational level, years of experience, job title, work sector), and to enhance the scientific and cognitive aspects of the researchers regarding quality concepts. The study adopts the descriptive-analytical approach, and the study sample consists of some employees in the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Gaza Governorate, for the year 2026. The results of the study revealed a number of outcomes, the most important of which were: the relative weight of the study axes, "the impact of human resources re-engineering on enhancing sustainable performance quality in the Palestinian Red Crescent Society," reached (69.08%), which means that the responses of the participants in the study were in agreement to a medium degree. The results of the study also showed that the relative weight of the first axis, "human resources re-engineering in the Palestinian Red Crescent Society," was (52.48%), and the responses of the participants in the study on this axis were in agreement to a medium degree. The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which were: the necessity of enhancing the ability of human resources management employees to deal with various software and systems used in human resources management through training courses and diverse workshops, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of employees' performance in accomplishing the tasks and activities assigned to them efficiently and effectively; and the necessity of enhancing diverse skills and capabilities for employees through training them and granting them more authorities, with the aim of helping employees and providing them with new experiences
