This study aims to analyze the legal basis of civil liability for damages arising from artificial intelligence applications, clarifying the nature and legal characteristics of these damages, and assessing the extent to which traditional civil liability rules can accommodate them in light of the rapid development of intelligent systems. The study's problem stems from the absence of a clear legislative framework regulating liability for AI-related damages, raising questions about the most appropriate legal basis, the nature of the damage, the adequacy of traditional rules, and the challenges associated with proving fault and causation in a complex digital environment. To answer these questions, the study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach by reviewing relevant legal and jurisprudential texts, analyzing practical applications, and comparing modern trends in contemporary legislation, ultimately proposing a legal framework that aligns with modern technological developments and ensures the protection of those affected.
