The researcher chose this topic: Problems of Hadith’s translation and its influence on its meaning, concept and purpose language, to draw the attention of those interested in the fields of Hadith and Translation, to the specificities of the Hadith. A lot of scientific research focused on the translation of the Holy Quran. However, the translation of the Hadith has not yet satisfied researchers' attention, especially after the emergence of inaccurate translations -either done in good faith or bad faith- caused a defect in the meanings desired by the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him. The paper was divided into three chapters; the first one is about definitions of the two terms (Hadith) and (Translation), as well as an overview of the language of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The second chapter is entitled; A Historical Overview of The Translation of The Hadith. The third chapter is entitled: The Qualifications of the Translator of the Hadith, and it was divided into two subjects; the first one discussed the Islamic ruling of the Hadith's translation, which served as an introduction through which the researcher can determine the capabilities of the Hadith’s translator. Also, the paper concludes with several results; the most important one is that most of the errors in Hadith’s translation were due to the translator's ignorance of the Islamic culture. The conclusion also addressed several recommendations; the most important one is for the authorities in the Islamic world to set more strict conditions for those trying the translation of the Hadith, provided that being Muslim is at the top of those conditions.
