Abstract

Undoubtedly, contemporary societal changes have taken place in Arab societies, resulting in radical transformations in many areas. These have led to the emergence of innovative developments in recent times, particularly in advanced technologies and technologies, known as the Fourth Generation. This development is a result of the influence of globalization, openness, and the technological and information revolution, whose uses and importance have become evident considering the crises facing countries around the world, including economic, health, and educational crises.

Therefore, international societies have been influenced by these contemporary variables; new concepts have been added bearing modern behavioral patterns and intellectual trends. Furthermore, new scientific theories, political ideologies, innovations, and creativity have emerged that are compatible with the urgent crises facing these societies, regardless of their cultures and environments. These innovations utilize technology and knowledge, represented in distance education and the knowledge-based economy, which invests knowledge in increasing productivity, as well as the knowledge economy based on exporting ideas and using data to pursue economic policies that resolve countries' crises and increase their national income. For example, we see the development of educational methods that differ from traditional education in terms of quantity and quality, such as e-learning, with new uses in the economy, known as the green economy and green hydrogen, to preserve the environment and humanity.
