This research aims to examine the impact of environmental damage on human rights. It demonstrates how environmental degradation Impacts fundamental human rights, such as the right to life, health, water, and clean air. The research focuses on the interaction between the environment, sustainable development, and human rights, demonstrating that environmental damage leads to the deterioration of the social and economic conditions of people, reinforcing the need for legal standards to provide the necessary protection for these rights. The research also discusses the importance of integrating human rights into international and domestic environmental policies and reviews the legal tools available to protect rights considering growing environmental challenges. The primary objective of this research is to raise awareness about the need for effective legal action to address environmental damage. The research concludes that promoting environmental justice can contribute to achieving sustainable development and protecting human rights in an integrated manner.
